Two Things

1. I have fifty million (or maybe just fifty) Gmail invites, so if anyone wants one - anyone at all - just send me an email at highwaygirl at gmail dot com and I'll give it to you.

2. My Yahoo email account is acting up (I haven't been able to access it for 24 hours) so if you wrote me, I'm not ignoring you. It's just that Yahoo is being stupid.

Hi Julie!
I have Gmail...and love it. Did they just give out more invites or somethin'? If so, then I'll have to put that same proposition out that anyone can have them. Too bad I can't access that business on the ship's internet!! The last week or so, I have taken full advantage of G-mail's mega storage capacity -- sending lots of ship e-mails, political propaganda, etc. to there to read/share while I'm at home the next week and a half.
I too also enjoy black/white photograpy.

One more comment from me... (doesn't that make you happy)

Did you know that it is Yahoo's tenth birthday?
You can get a coupon for free Baskin-Robbins ice cream to celebrate that -- check it out (only good for today -- March 2nd however)

And then take a look at how Yahoo looked like at it's inception... http://promo.yahoo.com/birthday10/incorporation/

I am sorry that you're having difficulty with Yahoo today though. Maybe no one gave them presents, and they're crabby??? :)

I love how Yahoo only had "31897 entries in the Yahoo database" when it started 10 years ago; I wonder how many it has now? Hundreds of millions, I'm sure.

As for Gmail, I think the last time I looked (about a month ago) I only had five invites, but today it's showing 50 available. It used to be so difficult to get an invite, and now I can't even give them away.
